Arnold joined Career Openers in early 2021. Before that, he was the Partner and Founder of an executive search company in the Netherlands focusing on commercial management positions.
He has been on several interim assignments, for example, he was with Deloitte where he hired multiple partners. Arnold holds a Tax Law master’s degree from Leiden University. At Career Openers, he mainly specializes in retail and FMCG in senior commercial and HR roles. Off duty, he is a keen competition sailor, likes track racing, and is the father of two daughters.
