Robert Koenes
What are your thoughts on quiet quitting? In my opinion, this trend is slightly overrated and certainly not new. There have always been examples of employees who worked only from 9-5, with more attention paid to the “life” part of the work-life balance. If employees are given a purpose, allowed to work flexibly in terms of where and when they work, and enabled to grow in their roles, you will barely face "quiet quitting" in your organization.
