2025 Spring Summit held in Nairobi

The network held its 2025 Spring Summit in Nairobi on May 16–17, marking a significant milestone as the event took place on the African continent for the first time. Bringing together members from eight countries, the summit offered a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and engage with one of Africa’s most vibrant business environments.
The event opened with remarks from Chairman Vito Crosetto and Network Director Fabio Sola, setting the stage for two days of strategic discussion and cross-border collaboration.
Hosted by our local member, Summit Recruitment & Search, the summit began with a market overview highlighting the economic potential of Africa’s young and fast-growing population. This was followed by an interactive session on the shifting recruitment landscape, with members contributing perspectives from their respective regions.
The day featured two standout keynote sessions:
- Graham Shaw delivered a comprehensive analysis of Africa’s evolving business climate, emphasizing key growth trends and investment opportunities.
- John Dowd explored the power of branding through authentic storytelling, offering strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase market impact.
Day two focused on how emerging sectors and technologies—particularly AI and innovation—are redefining executive search priorities. Members exchanged ideas, emphasizing the need to adapt service models for long-term growth and changing client demands.
