Sophaporn Ruangrit graduated from Assumption University (ABAC). She started her career at Caltex Oil (Thailand) / Chevron. Since 2005, Sophaporn joined the Executive search firm, where she started with the position of Researcher and then became the Senior Consultant at Lim and Partner Executive Consulting. She has more than 10 years of experience in assisting clients in talent acquisition solutions focusing on the recruitment of senior management positions. She advises clients on talent search, hiring process, staffing demand, job description, best practices, and behavioral-based and leadership assessments. Sophaporn enjoys spending time reading and traveling.
