Founding Member who set up S&S Associates in the year 1989. Soniya brings a wealth of experience in recruiting C-level executives in both established and start-up companies. With long-standing client relationships that span multiple industries and geographies, she has developed expertise in driving complex searches and has grown the business over the past three decades along with client growth.
Soniya enjoys a significant network of key business leaders and influencers in her space.
Before setting up S&S Associates Soniya spent her initial years in the Advertising Industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.
Soniya enjoys traveling, yoga and tending to her small but rapidly expanding garden.
