Laurent graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). He started his career at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Doha, Manila, Bangkok).
In 2004 Laurent launched the Executive Search Division of Adecco Thailand, where he then held the position of National Sales Director. After a short experience at Manpower Group, in 2006, Laurent founded ThaiEcotrade now known as Asia Data Destruction – a company specialized in the recycling of electronic waste and data protection. He is currently the Chief Strategic Officer at Asia Data Destruction.
In 2014 Laurent launched Lim and Partner, an executive search and consulting company. In 2016 Laurent became a Board member of Praxi Alliance. Laurent has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE) since 2006 and currently the Vice-President of the Thailand Chapter. In 2017 he was awarded MMS Certified Coach, ICF accredited.
In 2019 Laurent became Country Representative of the OSCI. In 2020 he opened a new Company in Singapore: Singapura Search (Executive Search and Consulting firm) for servicing clients all over ASEAN and China. Laurent enjoys Sailing, Enduro (moto), and Cooking.

Diplômé de l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). Il a débuté sa carrière au ministère français des affaires étrangères (Doha, Manille, Bangkok). En 2004, Laurent a lancé la division Executive Search d’Adecco Thaïlande, où il a ensuite occupé le poste de directeur national des ventes. Après une courte expérience chez Manpower Group, Laurent fonde en 2008 ThaiEcotrade aujourd’hui Asia Data Destruction. Une entreprise spécialisée dans le recyclage des déchets électroniques et la protection des données. Il est actuellement Chief Strategic Officer chez Asia Data Destruction.
En 2014, Laurent a lancé Lim and Partner, une société de recherche de cadres et de conseil.En 2016, Laurent est devenu administrateur de Praxi Alliance. Laurent est Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCE) depuis 2006 et actuellement Vice-Président de la section Thaïlande. En 2017, il est Coach Certifié MMS (accrédité ICF).
En 2019, Laurent est devenu Représentant Pays de l’OSCI. Ouverture en 2020 d’une nouvelle société, à Singapour: Singapore Search, Executive Search and Consulting pour servir des clients partout dans l’ASEAN et en Chine.
