Francesco Rossi

Francesco is a board member of PRAXI S.p.A., National Coordinator of the Human Resources Division and is also responsible for the Bologna office of PRAXI S.p.A..

He started his career in the recruiting business with a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and later, he also specialized as an Executive Coach.

Early in his career, he focused on middle-level positions mainly in the engineering sector; subsequently, he moved to Executive Search with a specialized focus on the world of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (industry, distribution, logistics of food and non-food products) and in international search projects.

Francesco is passionate about sailing, tasting fine wines and cooking.

Francesco è membro del board di PRAXI, Coordinatore Nazionale della Divisione Risorse Umane, di cui è responsabile anche per l’ufficio di Bologna.

Con una laurea in Economia ed un mater in Gestione Risorse Umane, ha avviato la sua carriera nel business del recruiting, per poi specializzarsi anche come Executive Coach.

I suoi primi anni di attività sono stati focalizzati su posizioni di medio profilo, prevalentemente nel settore metalmeccanico; successivamente si è spostato su attività di Executive Search con un focus particolare nel mondo FMCG e su selezioni internazionali.

Francesco ha una passione speciale per lo sport della vela, ama degustare buon vino e cucinare.
