Aurélie Legay

Aurélie draws on a strong track record in the life sciences sector gained over 20 years of professional experience, at French and international levels.

After having held sales and business development positions for medical devices companies (implantable orthopedic devices), in France, the UK and the US, she shifted to the Executive Search in 2011.

She supports startup, midsize and large companies within the MedTech, pharma and biotech spaces across all functions (scientific, technical and commercial). She more specifically recruits experts, managers and directors in Sales & Marketing, Application & Service, Medical Affairs, Market Access, R&D, Clinical Operations and Purchasing.

Prior to joining FSC Executive Search in 2019, Aurélie worked for leading European consultancy firms and has advised Top & Middle Management talents, in France and internationally.

Graduated with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Management, Aurélie speaks French and English fluently.

Epicurean and curious by nature, Aurélie enjoys traveling and encountering intercultural diversity.

Après avoir tenu des fonctions opérationnelles de Vente et de Business Development, dans le secteur des medtech, en France, au UK et aux US, elle accompagne, depuis 2011, les sociétés des medtech, pharma et biotech, dans le recrutement de leurs experts, managers et dirigeants, sur tous les métiers de cet écosystème. Elle intervient notamment sur les fonctions Vente & Marketing, Application & Service, Affaires Médicales, Accès au Marché, R&D, Opérations Cliniques et Achats.

Aurélie parle couramment Français & Anglais et a rejoint FSC Executive Search en 2019.
