PRAXI Alliance Hosts Two-Day 2021 Virtual Autumn Summit

Milan, Italy – October 13-14, 2021 – For our fourth virtual summit, we chose the theme “Embracing the Hybrid World”, along with a two-day format that provided ample opportunity for member interaction as well as industry insights.

On day one we organized a virtual member group activity on Customer Experience, led by Elena Caffarena, Director of Training and Development at PRAXI (Italy). The event kicked off with the results of our members’ customer journey interviews and then everyone shared views on the importance of customer experience and how to improve it.

For day two we opened our summit to the public with a talk by Brian Pallas, Founder and CEO of Opportunity Network, titled “Livestream Leadership: Finding Tools to Face New Challenges”. Brian shared eye-opening views about labor shortages, the recruitment industry and much more.
