2021 Spring Summit held Virtually

Milan, Italy – May 5, 2021 – We were pleased to have more than 80 members at our 2021 Virtual Spring Summit.  

Fredrik Hakansson Lundh, IKEA, opened with a fresh and inspiring keynote “Lessons from IKEA: Competence and Leadership in Transformation”, sharing the extraordinary culture that the retail giant has built and what it takes to maintain the close bond with employees and customers as the business model evolves.

Jean-François Roquet accepted an award for 2020 Exceptional Performance on behalf of FSC Group (France). 

After a friendly competition, members enjoyed breakout sessions on professional development by Rylan Holey, LinkedIn, on assessment tools by Martin Siren, Aon Assessment Finland, and also the latest HR tech trends by Tom Connolly, GattiHR (US).

“Virtual mode definitely cannot replace our two day in-person summit”, said Fabio Sola, Director, “but this format has allowed us to broaden our member community with new faces, and helps us feel more connected and engaged than ever before”.
