Pia is a board member and founding partner of HRS Advisors and works in Espoo Office. She works mainly in Executive Search and Search & Selection and brings over 20 years of experience of building teams for a wide range of clients involved in various business sectors.  She has recruited professionals for public listed companies and middle-sized companies operating, e.g. in Mining & Metals, Pharmaceuticals and Technology sectors. She has profound knowledge in recruiting finance, legal, HR and sales professionals. Pia has a MSc in Psychology, and she has studied business economics also. She is a certified psychologist.
