Federico began his Human Resources career on the Organizing Committee for the 2006 XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin. In preparation, Federico was selected for an International Olympic Committee knowledge transfer program that placed him on the Salt Lake City 2002 Organizing Committee for the XIX Olympic Winter Games. He then dedicated his time to Search & Selection and HR Management activities for the Italian Committee for five years. At Games time, in 2006, he was the HR Manager of the Figure Skating Venue, responsible for ensuring proper HR operations.
 
In 2006, Federico joined PRAXI, a leading Italian management consulting firm as a Senior Consultant. In 2011, he was given responsibility for Executive Search and Search & Selection projects in the Turin office, mainly in the Industrial, Banking and Arts & Culture sectors.
 
Federico has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Turin. His mother tongue is Italian and he is fluent in English with limited knowledge of French.
